Another Record Breaking Start for Darlac

image002Garden Tools and Accessories company Darlac has  had another record breaking start to its financial year with trade sales up by a whopping 49%increase in the first five months of trading.

 

It’s now supplying garden tools and accessories to even more independent garden centres than ever before with the latest to include Haynes of Challow, Millhill Tools, WC Baker, Bybrook Barn and Burgess& Randal.

 

“Although Darlac has been trading  for 50 years, its only in the last few years that the trade side of the business  has really started to come into its own” says managing director, Peter Darban, “and GLEE this year was an excellent show once again for us and  testament to that success, with a whole host of new products and customers being added to our already extensive portfolio.

 

The NEW products include an Ergo Pruner, Ergo Snips, *Limited Edition (Gold) Ratchet Pruner, Telescopic Bypass Lopper, Telescopic Anvil Lopper, Swop Top Cobweb Brush and the Cut-n-Hold Flower Snips.

 

Darlac has also added more products to its latest Expert Range, including: The Expert Bypass Fine Pruner, Expert Left Handed Pruner as well as NEW Topiary Shear, whilst a Rapid Rotor Sprinkler has been added to Darlac’s Watering collection.

 

“As we head into another busy period, finalising deals with new and existing customers, as well as preparing stock for the new season ahead, we look back with pride” adds Peter, “as Darlac continues to celebrate 50 years in business!
