Van Hage, Chenies has been voted the Most Improved Garden Centre in the UK at the Garden Centre Association awards held in Cirencester recently.
The Rickmansworth centre reopened in the Spring of last year following major refurbishment work that has helped to create an inspirational shopping experience for customers with the introduction of many new brands, displays and attractions.
John Morgan, Store Manager at Van Hage, Chenies, expressed his delight at the centres achievement:
“It is of course an honour to be voted winners of the national award by the Garden Centre Association.
“Our customers and staff are delighted with the new look store which features a popular café and ‘deli’ food hall. The store is easy to navigate and now stocks more top brands than ever before.
“As the core of our business, the re-styled horticultural and gardening departments have seen noticeable increases in sales across departments.”
