Grow-you-own specialist Haxnicks has acquired the Rootrainers™ business from Ronaash Limited.
Haxnicks has been the garden centre distributor for the Rootrainers since 1999. Recently, it has concluded a deal to take over the Rootrainers business in its entirety, to include manufacture, sales and distribution of all Rootrainers’ products, including the Rowplanter. Rootrainers will continue to be manufactured in Scotland using recycled materials, with distribution from the Haxnicks’ warehouse in Mere, Wiltshire.
The consumer range currently consists of Deep Rootrainers, Rapid Rootrainers, Compact Rapid Rootrainers and the Rowplanter. Haxnicks has produced a POS sales video to accompany the display stands, which has already proved itself an invaluable sales tool in trials.
