Previously Global President of Newell Rubbermaid’s $450m Hardware and Tool business unit – where he has headed up Irwin Tools, Bulldog, Record Tools and Swish among other notable brands – and a former MD of Wagner, Mr Hall, 55, brings a wealth of industry knowledge and international experience to his new role.
Group Chairman, David Codling said that he was delighted to welcome Mr Hall to the company, where he will assume worldwide responsibility for both Hozelock Limited and its European subsidiaries and the group’s French hose manufacturing business, Hozelock-Tricoflex.
“With his proven track record of general management in Europe, Asia and the US, Steve Hall is the right man to drive our business forward, both at home and internationally,” said Mr Codling.
Based at Hozelock’s Group headquarters in Birmingham, Mr Hall is relishing the prospect of realising the MX Awardwinning company’s potential. “There are tremendous growth opportunities for such a strong, innovative business and great brand, especially in Continental Europe,” he said.
