Miracle-Gro® Patch Magic® returns to TV

Miracle-Gro® Patch Magic® is the only patching mix that takes care of the seed so anyone can grow thick, beautiful grass. Autumn is an excellent time to patch damaged lawns.

Its 2010 launch was backed up with a major advertising and publicity campaign – both in store, on TV, in magazines and other publications and online. The TV ad entered the Marketing Adwatch table of top 10 ads in April at number 9 (2).

 

Miracle-Gro® Patch Magic® is not only the number one selling lawn patching product(1), it has received numerous plaudits from the trade. Patch Magic® has been awarded an unprecedented five GIMA Awards – including the prestigious Sword of Excellence for the best overall new product and sharing the Marketing Award of Excellence. As well as the two Excellence Awards, it was voted Best New Product Garden Care, Best Point of Sale Material and Best Consumer Product Packaging for the Gold Shaker Jar.

This marks a hat-trick of awards for Miracle-Gro® Patch Magic® so far since its launch this year. It was voted Best New Product in the Fertilisers & Chemicals section at the Product of the Year Awards 2010 and the 2009 Glee New Product Award – Garden Care.

The TV ads are airing leading up to August Bank Holiday through to the beginning of September.
