Sector is set to be strongest yet
Published:  01 May, 2008

Organisers of Glee Retail Services, taking place on September 21st to 23rd at Birmingham's NEC, have recently announced that the sector is set to be the strongest yet, with over 39 exhibitors already booked. Key names within the sector will include Salepoint, First Franchise, Thermoflor and Wanzl.

Glee Retail Services offers products, strategic advice and guidance on how to enhance your customers' entire retail experience including space-planning, design and building services, merchandising and display materials, shelving, EPOS, catering and recruitment services. Key products also available to view within Retail Services will include computer systems and software, tagging solutions and chip & pin.

Visitors and buyers alike to Glee Retail Services will be able to benefit from the wealth of expertise on offer. Wanzl, the world's largest supplier of shopping trolleys, will be showcasing their extensive range of trolleys at Glee for the first time during a Euroshop year, while garden centre owners looking to maximise their design and build services will be sure to visit NP Structures, National Structures and Fordingbridge.

Elsewhere in Glee Retail Services, those looking to improve EPOS systems should make note to visit some of the leading suppliers including Davidson Richards, Fidelity CRM and G7 Computer.

First Franchise will once again be returning to Glee Retail Services, along with their portfolio of garden and leisure concessions that are all seeking space within UK garden centres.

Glee Retail Services will also be host to Gardening TV, an ideal solution for those looking for a bespoke TV channel for garden centres. Presented by Charlie Dimmock, Gardening TV includes expert gardening tips and represents a great value added service to any garden centre.

An exclusive line-up of retail seminars will also allow visitors to interact with industry experts and pick up valuable information and trend advice.

Glee Show Director Daniel Thurlow commented: "Glee Retail Services is a key destination for retail and garden centre owners.  The level of expertise on offer will enable any visitor to the sector to take away valuable information and resources to maximise their customers' retail experience."

Exhibitors set to feature as part of Retail Services include National Polytunnels, Fordingbridge, Stagecraft, Davidson Richards, Malcolm Scott Consultants, Green Magic, Ace Equipment, Clearcut Greenhouse Services, Crusader Limited, Hertford Shelving Limited, Quinton Edwards, Sato UK Limited, Simply Digital Networks and Tag Company Limited.
