Formula K hosts obesity seminar at GLEE
Published:  20 September, 2008

How do professionals manage overweight dogs? And how can retailers advise dog owners on getting their animals' weight down? Formula K will be unveiling the answers to these tricky questions at a seminar at this year's GLEE.

The seminar will give practical advice for pet retailers and pet care professionals about preventing obesity, dog weight loss, nutritional values, feeding recommendations and even how to recognise if a dog is really overweight.

The Wholesome Nutrition/Formula K stand and the seminar, entitled "How to Manage Obese and Overweight Dogs", is on the first day of GLEE (Sunday 21st). The one-hour seminar will take place in the Pet Care Trust Seminar Theatre at 11am in Hall 6 and all interested parties are welcome.

On display at this year's GLEE show is Britain's first weight-loss dog food. Formula K, from Wholesome Nutrition, has 20 per cent fewer calories than standard dog foods and is veterinary tested and approved. The food releases energy slowly and contains ingredients to help raise a dog's metabolism.

More information is available from http://www.formulak.co.uk/ including a download of the promotional DVD. For further information visit the Wholesome

Nutrition stand or call free on 0800 051 76 76.
