Stephen Appleton (pictured) joins Angus Horticulture as Technical Sales Manager to strengthen their customer service.
Coming from a background of more than 20 years in the horticultural industry Stephen's speciality is plant nutrition. Studying at Hadlow in Kent he qualified in Amenity Horticulture, followed by 10 years landscaping, the latter five running his own business.
Moving then into commercial horticulture, Stephen took on several sales roles, notably with Fargro and then with Hortifeeds. Eighteen months ago Stephen moved with his wife and two young children to Scotland locating him perfectly to take on the role with Angus Horticulture.
Stephen, who is both Basis and FACTS qualified, is looking forward to utilising his past experience and knowledge to develop both existing and new business for the company.
