The new services, aimed at making life easier for customers, are a Garden Buildings Home Installation service, and Forest Connect, a new web-based ordering facility.

Forest Connect is entirely web based and will be available to Forest trade customers for 2009. The new system is quick and easy to use and is designed to streamline its customers' ordering process.

Stockists will each have their own password-protected, customer-specific page, accessed through Forest's website. They can enter stock and home delivery orders directly onto Forest's ordering system at any time, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the whole process.

The Forest Connect system allows stockists to look up their order history and status, view available products, prices and offers and make any changes required to manage their stock levels effectively.

The innovative new system is intended to make the ordering process more flexible and efficient for all concerned.

To further support its commitment to stockists Forest has also launched a new Garden Buildings Home Installation service available from 2009.

The new service, which builds on the success of its hugely popular home delivery service, is priced on a sliding scale according to the size and complexity of the individual job. It is designed to further drive sales of Forest's garden buildings.

Forest have also launched a revived and refreshed product range to kick-start the market in 2009. The extensive new selection of products unveiled includes premier garden buildings, pet homes, playhouses and contemporary decking components.

In response to the growing outdoor living market Forest has expanded its collection of premier garden buildings with 12 exciting new additions including sheds, workshops, summerhouses and storage units.

Forest's decking range has been overhauled with a new collection of contemporary decking components and striking deck kits. Landscaping products and planters also have new feature lines, designed to drive volume sales, while Forest's range of garden arbours sees a further eight stunning new lines launched.

For younger family members, Forest has launched an exclusive new range of playhouses, guaranteed to keep the little people in your life entertained.  Children's furry and feathered friends will also welcome the launch of pet homes including a dog house, rabbit hutch and chicken coop and run.
