Grange Fencing is delighted to announce that it has agreed to acquire the business and assets of Weston Fencing at Crediton, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition includes the goodwill and order book of Weston Fencing and it is hoped that the transition will be fully realised by January 2009.
Weston Fencing is a long and established fencing manufacturer and Grange were approached by the owners once they had made the decision to retire.
Granges' Managing Director Duncan Hill said "We are very pleased to be acquiring a well known and well respected fence manufacturer that will extend the reach of Grange Fencing in the South West. This acquisition is consistent with our strategy and will add value to our portfolio and overall business."
