Pointing in the right direction
Published:  05 February, 2009

With a unique yet undeniably simple to use product, completing a project with good clean pointing has become a much easier task thanks to the introduction of Pointrite mortar templates.

Straightforward but very effective, Pointrite have produced a range of templates designed to guide mortar directly into paving joints whilst protecting finished surfaces, making it an ideal purchase for the DIY'er though not exclusive to that market.

Appearing at the Glee exhibition held at the NEC in September proved to be a great success for us explains MD Alan Welsh "the exhibition gave us the opportunity to show the simplicity and effectiveness of the product - and when you combine that with a low purchase price, the attraction is clear".

Perfect for new projects, renovations and repairs, Pointrite templates offer individuals the opportunity to produce great results using proven traditional methods and readily available materials - sand and cement.

Manufactured in a flexible polymer, Pointrite templates adapt to multiple surface variations, from the smooth pressed slab to riven natural stone resulting in clean complete joints.

Supplying to Garden Centres, DIY and Trade outlets throughout the UK, Pointrite have identified the marketing potential the product has for retailers - "It became apparent from the feedback we received that due to the low cost factor, many were ordering the product to offer as a sales incentive with paving in addition to selling the item as a stand alone product"-

Alan Welsh MD.
