HTA and RHS team up to promote gardening

The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) is working closely with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) on initiatives to help garden centre visitors get more from their gardening while building support for the UK’s leading gardening charity.

Under an exclusive agreement with the RHS, HTA member garden centres and retail nurseries will be able to offer RHS membership to their customers.

RHS membership packs come complete with full merchandising kit including posters, shelf barkers and pack dispensers. Each order (per pack of 10) costs £219 + VAT. The packs have a recommended retail value of £49 each.

The HTA and the RHS are also co-producing a new series of videos based on their jointly branded “Easy Guide” leaflets. The videos will enrich content on the web sites of both organisations, and will be promoted through an updated series of leaflets available to HTA members. The first videos will be launched at The HTA National Plant show on 29th June.
