    Mr Simon Gregory has been appointed Director of Grand Hall UK Ltd, a subsidiary of the Dutch parent company Grand Hall Europe.

  • Garden Manager appointed at RHS Garden Wisley
    The Royal Horticultural Society has appointed Matthew Pottage, aged 25, Garden Manager at RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey. Matthew becomes part of the Garden Manager team overseeing the varied plant collections, and managing and inspiring the great team of horticulturalists in the garden.

    Matthew joined the RHS in 2004 as a trainee student and during his time with the charity has achieved the RHS Master of Horticulture qualification*, which is a degree level qualification for gardeners. He was also the youngest finalist in the Institute of Horticulture’s ‘Young Horticulturalist of the Year’ competition** in 2004.

    Duncan McLean from Rake in Hampshire has recently been appointed as Specialist Plant Buyer for The Garden Centre Group.

    Westland Horticulture has added a new member of staff to their National Sales Team.

Mark has joined Westland after an extensive career in sales where he has worked for eight years at AB Inbev in the multiple groceries, specialist off license and wholesale distributor sectors, and has also managed the multiple grocery channels within healthcare, bathing and soft drinks for Global Ethics
