As part of Central Garden & Pet – a leading innovator, marketer, distributor and producer of quality branded products in the garden and pet supplies industries – Interpet continuously reviews it brands and business to enhance its products and services and ensure it continues to bring high-quality, innovative products to market. This appointment forms part of a business restructure which reflects the increasingly close relationship Interpet has with the Central Garden & Pet group since it was purchased in 2004. As one of the largest suppliers and distributors to the trade in the US, Central Garden & Pet appreciates the importance of the UK market and the influential role Interpet plays.

As part of the business reorganisation, Richard Peters has been made redundant from his position as Managing Director at Interpet. The restructure at  Interpet, like other businesses within the Central group is part of Central’s drive to become a more efficient organisation as it grows, providing positive changes for the businesses and enabling Central to maintain its high level of new product development and market driving innovation.
