On 14 June 2019 Hook based Sherfield On Loddon Garden Centre has become the latest acquisition of award-winning Capital Gardens, now a portfolio of five plant-centric garden centres.
Sherfield was owned by Wyevale Garden Centre chain, the second selective acquisition Capital Gardens has made this year. The group owns and manages successful sites in Alexandra Palace, Neals Nursery, Studley Green and Woods of Berkhamsted.
MD Colin Campbell Preston said: “greatly expanding the plant offering to include new and unusual cultivars is what Capital Gardens Centre’s are known for, Sherfield will offer the most exciting range of indoor and outdoor plants of any center in the area”.
