Bigger, better EPOS training and customer support for garden centres are at the heart of CSY Retail Systems’ new centre in Nottingham, following the Electronic Point of Sale specialist’s move to larger premises.
CSY Retail Systems managing director Ross Pierrepont commented: “EPOS is increasingly at the heart of retail businesses. By linking everything from stock control management to accounts software to customer loyalty schemes, EPOS helps stores to sell smarter. That means customers need ongoing advice and support to get the best out of their software.
“We’re already supporting more than 70 garden centres, so the time was right to move to new premises where customers can get all the information and training they need.”
The dedicated customer area on the new office’s ground floor includes meeting rooms and training facilities. CSY holds training sessions four times every month, so that customers can send store managers and supervisors to learn more about CSY’s proprietary EPOS system, Vector.
The customer support team is based upstairs, with the CSY helpdesk open 8am – 8pm, 364 days of the year. The offices are also home to CSY’s software development and sales teams.
