For the first time Forest will be located in Glee’s Hall 5, home to a wide range of suppliers from big name garden care brands to niche home and gift suppliers. Breaking from its traditional Hall 4 presence, the decision to move into Hall 5 (stand E40) was a simple one, as Forest’s head of marketing, Vicky Nuttall explains. She said: “Our product portfolio has diversified significantly in recent years, breaking us out of the traditional ‘landscaping’ mould. We now offer a wide range of decorative garden products – from planters and GYO essentials, to arches and arbours, and our traditional structural products. We felt that Glee’s Hall 5 is much more representative of where we are as a business and also of our offering for garden retailers. Moving to what we view as the ‘heart of the industry’ at Glee felt like the next obvious step for us, and we look forward to meeting with our customers, both old and new, on our new stand.”
In addition to the new location, Forest will also be using Glee 2013 to showcase a range of new retail solutions, demonstrating its improved commercial offering. The introduction of a smarter pricing policy with competitive pricing solutions, combined with a new and improved delivery service, will help drive growth for customers. Elsewhere, new retail solutions for the company’s existing product offering will also be on display. The improved offering will include a selection of new merchandising and display solutions, designed to help retailers display and sell Forest products more easily.
Forest’s Glee 2013 product selection will also be more diverse than ever before. Core lines will be on display, complemented by a range of inspirational new products for the 2014 season. New additions will include the company’s first foray into contemporary styled garden structures and planters, as well as a selection of innovative new shed, storage and greenhouse solutions.
