For one day only on Wednesday 19th February, kids will be able to come face to face with a bearded dragon, a pot-bellied pig and other weird and wonderful creatures courtesy of Amazing Animal Encounters.
Glyn Webster, Garden Centre Manager at Hillier in Eastbourne, said: “Each half term we try and introduce a new activity for children to give parents the opportunity to browse our extensive plant and giftware selection at their leisure or take time to enjoy the delicious treats on offer in our café.”
“In addition to our new petting corner, we’ll have other entertainment on different days throughout the week, including close-up magic shows, balloon modelling and face painting.
“Our entertainment programme is free for kids of all ages to enjoy with just a small charge for pottery painting.”
