“A vacancy has recently been made available to become a member of the OASE UK team. OASE are the market leaders in water gardening and pride themselves in their exciting, innovative and market changing products. All we ask is that you have a keen interest in ponds or aquariums and we will provide full training on everything else.
This role requires a great deal of flexibility as no two days are the same. A willingness to learn is essential; as is enthusiasm. The role includes dealing with both trade and consumer enquires (verbal and written) so a basic understanding of ponds or aquariums is essential as is a desire to deliver the highest level of customer service every day. The role is based at our offices in Andover in Hampshire so the successful applicant will need to able to travel there each day or relocate to the area. A full driving license is essential.
Duties include
– Dealing with enquiries in relation to orders and products
– Testing incoming returns and processing necessary paper work.
– To attend OASE exhibitions, customer weekends and site visits when required
