Leading barbecue supplier Outback International UK has increased its garden centre sales coverage with the appointment of Tara Truman as the company’s key account manager.
A well-known name within the garden industry, Tara will be responsible for all garden centre groups and independents, working closely with Outback’s established team of sales agents.
“We are delighted that Tara has joined us at Outback – she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as experience of our products, having been a leisure buyer for Wyevale”, said chief executive Mark Osborne.
With 25 years garden retail experience Tara joins Outback from Sinclair’s Horticulture, where she was a key account manager responsible for groups such as Tillington, Choice, Hilliers and Klondyke.
