Posh Shed Company donates £4,672 to the National Garden Scheme

Since launching the National Garden Scheme Posh Shed in 2015, 23 have been sold to customers throughout the UK and in November the Posh Shed Company handed over a cheque for £4,672 to the charity covering sales for the past two years.

The design, which was agreed with the National Garden Scheme, is completely different to any others in the Posh Sheds range. It is build using FSC treated timber, meaning it needs only minimum maintenance and the roof is finished with cedar shingles. It measures eight-foot-wide by four-foot deep with a three-foot veranda – providing the perfect place to relax after a hard day in the garden.

The Posh Shed Company’s Jess Pritchard commented: “We have been delighted at the positive response to our NGS shed. Customers are pleased with the ample storage space inside, but the two major attractions are how well it looks in their gardens and the peace haven provided by the veranda.”

National Garden Scheme chief executive George Plumptre added: “For the last two years the Posh Shed Company has very generously supported us by donating a percentage of the proceeds from the sale on our shed. I know that our garden owners are a very discerning audience and so I am sure that the Posh Shed’s quality throughout will appeal to them and I look forward to continuing to develop a fruitful partnership.”
