With just weeks to go until Glee, the leading annual trade event for the garden and leisure industry, opens its doors, the excitement is building. Taking place from 14-16 September at the NEC Birmingham, visitors can save the £20 entry fee by registering in advance at www.gleebirmingham.com/ticket. In addition, parking is free and they’ll receive a show catalogue detailing everything taking place at the event and a list of all the exhibitors present.
With over 500 exhibitors set to fill the NEC for three days, Glee 2014 will be unlike any show that has come before it; from a new location and fresh layout to a thriving showcase for leading brands and emerging talents, as well as offering the most extensive educational programme anywhere in the market. Added value features will boost the show’s value for visitors and exhibitors alike, helping everyone to take away retail inspiration and product innovation for the year ahead.
Matthew Mein, Glee event manager, said: “Glee is almost here, which is why we are encouraging retailers, merchants and garden professionals to make sure they register for the show now to avoid missing out. We believe that this year’s show will be the hardest working for several years, and as a result there is big business to be done. I sincerely look forward to welcoming everyone to Glee in a few weeks, and hope that you enjoy the changes that are taking place as much as we have enjoyed putting them in place.”
Glee – organised by i2i Events Group – is the UK’s leading garden trade buying event, and the only one to bring the whole industry together under one roof. Built on the themes of ‘Discover, Network, Grow’, Glee 2014 will be the 40th successful year for the show. In 2014 Glee enters a new era as it moves to a new location within the NEC’s Halls 17 – 20; creating a host of fresh indoor and outdoor exhibiting, feature and visitor opportunities that meet the buying and selling needs of the modern garden retail industry.
Entry to Glee is free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Simply register via the Glee website www.gleebirmingham.com/register. All pre-registered visitors will save £20 on the door, as well as receiving the Glee Buyers Guide before the show to help plan their visit.
