Rolawn awarded gold service award from customer feedback company

Rolawn is celebrating after being awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award by independent customer feedback company Feefo.

The award has been given due to the company receiving consistent consumer feedback of a high standard in 2016. Feefo award the Gold Trusted Service status to businesses that obtain more than 50 independent consumer reviews and a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.

Feefo includes comments and criticisms which are unfiltered by the manufacturers concerned.

Rolawn sales and marketing director Jonathan Hill commented: “Rolawn made a commitment to Feefo some years ago. It is a way of gaining impartial customer feedback to help us measure the quality of both our products and services. Receiving this award is proof that our focus on improving our business practices and production methods is delivering benefits for our customers.”
