Weedkiller brand Roundup will be speaking with its customers about the company’s products and its 2015 plans at Glee, as well as updating the trade on Roundup Gel and the Pump ‘N Go systems. Since its launch to the trade at Glee 2011, Roundup Gel has grown in popularity year-on-year. According to Roundup, more consumers are recognising the benefits of the weeding tool, with the company supporting the product with TV and print advertising, PR activity and digital content. Last year the Pump ‘N Go range grew with the introduction of a 2.5L sprayer and refill, adding to the existing 5L packs. Roundup will also be talking about plans for the forthcoming year, including growing the weedkiller category value by encouraging consumers to trade up to these time-saving products. Along with a continued advertising and communications programme, retailers will also be supported by Roundup with competitions and an updated Roundup Academy training programme.
